Our Family has been wanting to dine here since we moved to Florida over a year ago. Any restaurant with lines at the door and a parking lot full of cars something has to be fab about it. We were greeted and seated right away. Bathrooms were clean, restaurant clean and not too noisy atmosphere. Greeted by a waiter in training, we kinda scared him with our 50% off appetizer app coupon for checking in on Yelp. Which was graciously honored by management. For appetizer we ordered the Starter Combo. It came with crispy onion straws, boneless chicken chunks, potato logs with cheese and bacon and fried pickles. We had to just sample because we were saving room for dinner. That was a meal in itself. Our son's dinner was The Long Horn: Grilled Chicken Breast with cheese and bacon, with two side choices. Husband ordered The City Slicker 16oz NY strip steak with a Large grilled Corn on the Cob and choice of two sides. My dinner was the Lasso: Prime Rib, Shrimp and choice of two sides. All I can say is WOW! The Dinners were so beautiful and on plates that looked like Mini Satellite Dishes. No, really thats a good thing. We were all wondering how we were gonna eat this gorgeous food. Every cut on our plates from Chicken to the Prim Rib was so tender, no knives were even needed, the flavor made your taste buds so happy. Chicken was not dry, grilled well, seasoned lightly and not greasy. Niether were the fries he chose. The Steak was perfectly cooked medium rare with an awesome flavor pop when combined with their Vidalia Onion Steak Sauce, which accompanied the Grilled Corn on your mouths way to Flavor Heaven. The Prime Rib..OH The Prime Rib! Never EVER in my life have I tasted Prime Rib cooked Medium, with Ajus and Horseradish sauce on the side that made every muscle in my body come alive. When the flavor hits your tongue, its like beef butter, best way to describe it. The Fried Jumbo Shrimp were pefectly cooked, not greasy. Baked potato not dry or cold. The only side I didnt enjoy was the salad. Nah, I'll skip that next time. Y'all know how I feel about bagged salad, so I'll stop there. We ended up not even able to eat half. The rest, including most of the appetizer came home for dinner the next day. All the smells and aromas that make your mouth water when you drive by SIOUX CITY STEAKHOUSE are worth you pulling over, making a u-turn and even worth the long wait in line. Happy Bucks Spent here! You will leave happy, full and telling EVERYONE how good it is. Oh and the Big Apple Sangria is Definitely Recommend for a Nice Ladies Drink as Well! Great Job guys!

Went here for the first time last night and everything was great. Our server Kayleigh was cute, super friendly, very fast and prompt. Food came in a reasonable amount of time. My girlfriend got the petit sirloin which was tender and cooked to her liking. I got the Texas style fajitas which were awesome. My only complaint on them was that some pieces of steak and chicken were a little grizzly but still great none the less. I devoured the entire thing. Also tried their house margarita for only $2.29 which in and if itself is a great deal. We will definitely be back.

Ok - nothing terrible about this place but nothing great either. I guess for the money it's ok. I would spend $5 more a meal and go somewhere else next time. Food was decent- a little bland and nothing fancy. I don't regret going here and checking it out, but won't be in a hurry to return. Gotta try it once and see for yourself!

I was served a grease soaked burger with the lowest quality ground beef. the bun was soaked and soggy. I told the waitress so she gets the manager, Keith Peet. He comes at me yelling, asking what was wrong, causing a scene before I could even say anything. I was totally embarrassed to the point I couldn't even talk. I told him I didn't want to cause a scene. He keeps yelling at me. I am speechless, not wanting a confrontation. I told him again I didn't want to cause a scene and that I didn't appreciate him yelling. He said he was being polite to me and that he's just a really excited guy who likes to have fun and everyone else likes him and his personality. He told me if I won't talk to him, he can't do anything for me and walked away. He was so rude that I couldn't imagine anyone thinking my family would sit there and finish our meals after something like that. We were so embarrassed. So I decided to leave with my family. We did not eat any of our food. He comes running outside and says we have to pay for everything or he will call the cops on us. I am not paying for something I can't eat. He said too bad. I told him to call the cops and that I'd wait inside. My husband paid for everything just to make the situation go away. My 5 year old was crying and asking employees not to put me in jail. The cops arrived and when they left, they commented that they were going to go do something that was actually productive. We will never be back to this business. It's only a matter of time until they run everyone off and close their doors for good. I gave 1 star because I didn't have the option of 0 stars.

Sort of a cross between Texas Roadhouse and Longhorns, but not quite as expensive nor quite as good. Not a bad value though, especially with the daily 2 for 1 specials. The place was really busy, but the service still should have been better. Waitress was okay, but poorly trained. Steak was good for the price, ribs fall off the bone, sure enough, but a little tasteless. Chicken was dry. That's what I get for ordering ribs and chicken at a steak place. The entire place was too loud, probably on purpose.........I think there's research somewhere that says the louder a restaurant is, the quicker the table turn.

Don't go here. There's no reason to go here if you can choose just about ANY other place (if you're here, you should go to Harold Seltzer's for the prime rib, I guess). I suppose the prices are good, if your food standards are flexible. I went with a friend to have a few drinks and some appetizers. The bartender was very nice and friendly, but there's only so much you can do when you're working with so little. Drinks were terrible. Service somewhat slow. I'm trying to think of a way to describe the food in words that aren't too harsh, but I'm going with gross. The food was gross. Also, this place was kind of dirty. I don't even want to imagine what their kitchen looks like. They close incredibly early. The manager was fairly rude to me and my friend. So, yeah. Nothing good here. Spare yourself the trip and go somewhere else. McDonald's, maybe.

Service was ok but the food was really good. There were 7 of us so we had a good variety from the menu and everyone was pleased.

I ate here a few months ago and ordered BBQ Spare Ribs. The salad came out warm and wilted. My ribs came out cold and nasty. The service was far below par. I then met a gentleman tonight Ed who dined there tonight. He ordered one of their best steaks a Rib Eye medium rare. It came out completely rare!!!! So one of the so called managers said he would personally cook the next steak to get it right which was a new york strip that cost more. He brought it back and it was well done. Ed had wanted it medium rare. He ate the steak anyway. The only thing the two managers did was to say I'm sorry. It is obvious they have never heard of a comp when they are at a fault. The tall manager was hostile to Ed! Neither of us will ever go back there!!! We will tell other locals and tourists to avoid this place at all costs!!!! You would be better getting a burger at Burger King!!! We are regulars at Dunkin Donuts so you can be sure myself and Ed will make a strong effort to pursuade people to not go to this place.

Always good here. My favorite are the ribs which are not the best in town but reasonably priced and quite good. Service is consistently good. There were 4 of us in our party and everyone was pleased with their meals. They had a cleanliness shakedown a few months back so trying it again shortly afterwards felt safe. I'll give them one time for inspection failure but if it happens again they've lost me.

For $8.50 I got prime rib, two sides and desert. That's unheard of! All the food was good. The baked beans were delicious. The key lime pie was good as well, although the piece was small. The biscuits were also very good. The only problem was the service wasn't any better than fair. Also, the building seems a little in need of repair.. some of the roof. If my score was based on food alone, it would be five stars!

Everything about this place is average. Drinks are ok, food is ok, service is ok but that's not worth going back for me.

What a let down!!! I have eaten here before and had a good (not great) meal.. Tonight was a different issue.. I ordered the Chopped Steak with salad and crispy fries. The salad came out and was much smaller than previous visits.. When the meal arrived I was beyond shocked. The 12oz chopped sirloin (posted weight on this sites menu) was no larger than a McDonalds quarter pounder.. Looking at it, it was no more than 3" wide and 1/2-3/4" thick.. On the great side, the waitress ( Kristen ) was outstanding. She was very attentive and had a good sense of humor.. The food was very well prepared.. When I was leaving I mentioned to Kristen how let down I was by the portion size. She asked if I would take a minute to tell the manager and I said sure.. We waited a few minutes and he never came out till we were pulling out of the parking lot. After I got home I called back and spoke with JoJo, he said he was the one that came out as we were driving away.. I expressed how let down I was with the portions this evening. He stated that it was a 8oz not 12oz as posted he tried to explain it off as pre cookied and post cooked weight blah, blah, blah.. I offered some suggestions to help the issue of small portions ie two options for size or the option to order a second patty without all the extras at a reduced price.. He like the suggestions and said he would see about it.. I advised him that as it stands now I wont be going back since I had to go home and fix a sandwich to feel full.. No offer of compensation was made or request for me to give them another chance.. The value to cost is not enough to keep this place open.. Don't waste your time unless you take a sack lunch with you to finish your meal..

Sat at the bar and ordered a vodka tonic, the bartender seemed to be in a rush.. as I'm watching her make the drink using the measuring thing I can see she didn't pour the correct amount and then spilling half of it before it even got in the cup that was already over filled with ice. When I got the drink it tasted like straight tonic. I don't appreciate paying for vodka tonic when it's only tonic.

Only reason this is one star was to write the review. Hubby ordered the full rack of ribs with baked potato. Ribs were very fatty and potato was like little stones inside. I ordered Salmon Salad How So You Mess Up A Salad. I had to pour water on the salmon to remove the salty seasoning. HOWEVER the next day was spent doubled over at home and on the pot. Never will we go there again.

The steaks were mediocre at best... But the worst part was how slow the service was. We sat at the bar and it took almost 2 hours to get through dinner. Even worse, our first set of steaks were brought out almost well done when we asked for medium rare. We had to wait 15mins for a manager to come out and verify that they were indeed over cooked. By the time the 2nd set of steaks came out, we had finished all our other food and had to eat the steak alone. The manager was cold and not personal. When the check came I was surprised to see no compensation for their mistake. I spoke to the manager and asked that she at least remove a round of drinks (tap beer) she argued with me and then removed a $3.99 chili reluctantly... We paid for filet mignons which were screwed up and all you can comp is a cup of chili? I will never go back here again!

We stopped at Sioux City unexpectedly one night and were pleasantly surprised. The three of us ordered ribs, based on our server's (Pauline) recommendation. What an excellent choice! They were juicy, fall of the bone, tasty ribs. The sides offered were healthy choices, in addition to the usual fries. Pauline did a great job, making sure everything was served hot (and in a hurry). While waiting, we ordered beer and wine and were happy to see it was 2 for 1. The manager, Robin, stopped by to check that everything was going well and let us know that Monday was "buy one, get one free" rib night. We WILL be back! Great job- Pauline and Robin and whoever was responsible for the delicious ribs!!

The food was good, nothing too fancy. The prices were a bit steep for average food. The waitress was good. It's going through remodeling right now but I think will look good again when it's done.

Food was above average. Price was cheap. Service was super fast. Was cheaper than most steakhouses. First time but will come back again.
